Barley Twist Painted Shabby Chic Refectory Dining Table Desk

  

A solid mahogany & hardwood barley twist dining table (would also make a nice desk). The top with carved & detailed edge in mahogany surrounding a hardwood surface, raised upon barley twist supports united by stretcher. The table has undergone full refurbishment, it has been stripped back to bare wood throughout (this includes the base). The base has been painted in Farrow & Ball French Gray no.

18, whilst the top has been treated with several coats of Danish oil. A particularly nice feature is how the grain of the oak still shows through the paint, this is achieved during the stripping process. This table will form the focal point of any dining room/ kitchen. CONDITION - good, freshly refurbished, top quality throughout.
