Extra large vintage pale pink shabby chic rustic French chest of drawers. Stunning large scale haberdashery drawers. In original condition and so full of character. Wide and deep drawers, all run well.

Painted a lovely pale pink. One of the drawers has a dividing panel but all the others are full width.

The back left corner has been slightly angled at some point in the past but I had never noticed till I took these pictures. A historic split between one of the top planks.

Also a crack in the bottom right corner, but its not loose or fragile and again, unnoticed till now. Please do look closely at the pictures, the piece is in honest condition and showing its age in areas (which is part of the charm in my opinion). Perfect for a rustic/country/shabby chic interior.

Hard to show the scale here but its a really imposing piece of furniture that always attracts admiring comments. As you will see from the photos, the back of the unit is very roughly made with significant wear in some corners.

However these are unseen when the unit is in situ and there is no impact on the running of the drawers. We have moved it five times due to house moves, building work etc and theres been no problems. No creaks, can take plenty of weight - large TV, books, lamps, sculpture.

Lots of photos of wear supplied in the interests of full disclosure but this is a sound and sturdy piece of vintage furniture. I wish I could keep it but need the space for another sofa.
