Has a tiny tear in the upholstered fabric (seen in photos) on the headboard, bottom right side, easily fixed. The wood is antique and has cracks and chips in keeping with shappy chic style.

The matteress on the frame in the photos is a superking (but it fits a king-size better) with no overhang on the sides. Because the sides are open you can get away with a superking matteress. The bed requires two people to lift the headboard as it is solid. The bed is in a first floor apartment. I will need 30mins notice to be there for you when you arrive, and two hours to dismantle the bed.
